For several years now, the Turchin Center has partnered with Appalachian's Outdoor Programs and other community organizations to present the Appalachian Mountain Photography Competition (AMPC). Join students from the Department of Art's Visual Arts Guide course to learn more about how this competition was created, and how it is growing into a premier venue for photographers to investigate the unique culture of the Southern Appalachians.

Free and open to the public.

This event is presented as part of the Lunch & Learn program.
