Spring Exhibition Celebration

Friday, March 6, 2009
7 - 9pm

Turchin Center for the Visual Arts

Free and open to the public. Celebrate the Spring season’s exhibitions by enjoying an evening of great art, music, food, and share it all with an art loving community! Dress to kill, dress to thrill, or dress to chill. This event is part of the Downtown Boone Art Crawl.

"Art has a way of engaging us think about ourselves and the world around us ... often in new ways," says Hank Foreman, Director and Chief Curator of the Turchin Center and Assistant Vice Chancellor for Arts & Cultural Affairs. "With all the commotion occurring in the world today, we offer a place where folks can lose themselves in the moment while appreciating the work of artist's from our community and beyond. We hope you will join us at the Turchin Center to celebrate the Spring Exhibitions on Friday, March 6. This event is sure to whet your appetite for many visits to the center this season."

This event is presented as part of the Receptions program.
