In this creative workshop, you will construct colorful shaped artist books, such as an origami book, a spiral book, and a secret room book. Then fill the pages of the book with photographs, writing, and illustrations drawn from your own imagination, or simply enjoy the folds and colors as sculptures. Artist books can be used for journaling, sketches, memory books, reception registers, gifts and more. Sigrid Hice is a book artist and writer who grew up in West Germany and has lived in Hickory, NC for 34 years. She has taught numerous artist book workshops to people of all ages.
Minimum enrollment of 10.
